The Dusit D2 Kenz Hotel Dubai is conveniently located near the metro station, making it easy to explore the area. The friendly staff quickly addressed any issues we had during our stay. The breakfast had a good variety, and the Thai restaurant on-site was excellent. The relaxation facilities, like the spa and rooftop pool, added to our enjoyment, while nearby landmarks like the Cayan Tower and Black Palace Beach provided great opportunities for family bonding.

I chose this hotel for attending a convention and I must say that the meeting rooms and boardroom were fully equipped with the latest technology and filled with natural light, providing a conducive environment for our discussions and presentations.

The only service I missed for my work was a business center with printing and copying facilities, which would have been convenient for last-minute document preparations.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the metro station. The staff, including Ahmed Saleh and Mahmoud Ibrahim at the reception, were delightful and eager to help. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the room had a balcony with a lovely view. The hotel staff, especially Marlin and Arun, provided excellent hospitality. it was a calm and enjoyable stay.

The hotel staff, from the concierge to the baristas, were top-notch, making my stay super welcoming and pleasant. The convenient location right by the metro station made exploring Dubai a breeze, with malls like Mall of Emirates just a few stops away. The only tiny downside was the lack of breakfast included, but overall, the experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend it.🌟

Had a new-fashioned room to myself with balcony, the AC and a nice view. The location was good: small supermarkets and a supermarket were within walking distance.

Exceptional hotel for the money paid

Room very clean, staff professional. Free car parking, brief check-in delay resulted in a suite upgrade. Maybe enhance toiletries and shower heads, but overall, excellent value.

I have stayed in the deluxe king room with balcony. The breakfasts are delicious with Gluten Free diet.
